Terms of Service

KnL Mall is a marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers who operate their own storefronts. The KnL Engine is a separate automation platform that sellers may use to manage leads, orders, content and communications. We provide the infrastructure and tools; sellers are responsible for their own listings, pricing, fulfilment and customer relationships.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
• Business sellers must provide accurate business information and keep their storefront details up to date.
• You may not use the platform under a false identity or for fraudulent, illegal or abusive purposes.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm other users.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may require identity verification, email confirmation or admin activation before certain features are enabled.

• Sellers may list products, services or booking options through their storefronts.
• Listings must be accurate, lawful and not misleading. You may not list prohibited items, counterfeit goods, or services that violate applicable law.
• Sellers set their own prices, availability and delivery or fulfilment terms.
• We may remove or hide listings that breach these terms or that we reasonably consider harmful to buyers or the platform.

When a buyer submits an order or booking request through a storefront, that request is delivered to the seller's configured destination (such as a Google Sheet or webhook). The seller is responsible for confirming availability, arranging payment and completing the transaction.

KnL Technologies is not a party to the sale between buyer and seller and does not hold funds, process card payments directly, or guarantee fulfilment unless expressly stated for a specific service. Subscription fees for the KnL Engine are billed separately according to the selected monthly plan.

• KnL Engine plans are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan through the billing section of your account.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are guaranteed unless required by law.
• We may change plan prices or features with reasonable notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to send spam, harassment, threats or unlawful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data.
• Interfere with the platform's operation, security or performance.
• Scrape, copy or reuse content from the marketplace without permission.
• Upload malware, viruses or any code designed to harm or disrupt.

KnL Technologies owns the platform's code, design, branding and underlying technology. Sellers retain ownership of their own listing content, images and brand materials, but grant us a licence to display them on the marketplace as needed to operate their storefronts.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to that policy. Sellers are separately responsible for buyer data they receive through their storefronts and must handle it in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KnL Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits, data loss or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or £100 if no payment was made.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KnL Technologies, its directors, employees and agents from any claims, losses or costs arising from your use of the platform, your listings, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, or if required by law. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, but provisions that by their nature survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the current version. Material changes will be announced on the platform or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, although we encourage you to contact us first to resolve matters informally.
