User Data Deletion

Last updated: September 2026 · This page explains how to ask us to delete the personal data held about you by KnL Technologies ("KnL", "we", "us"), across KnL Mall, seller storefronts, the KnL Engine and any social accounts you connected to the platform.

1. How to request deletion

Send an email to enoch@knltechnologies.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". Please include:

  • The email address you use to sign in to KnL.
  • Your storefront handle or business name, if you sell on KnL Mall.
  • Whether you want everything deleted, or only a specific part (for example, a connected social account).

We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.

2. Deleting connected social accounts yourself

If you connected Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X or TikTok to publish content, you can disconnect at any time from the Content area of your KnL Engine dashboard. Disconnecting immediately removes the stored access tokens and account details for that channel from our systems.

You can also remove KnL from the app settings of the social network itself; that revokes our access, and we delete the associated tokens when we detect the revocation.

3. What gets deleted

  • Your account, profile and sign-in credentials.
  • Your storefront, listings, uploaded images and store settings.
  • Leads, enquiries, orders and content generated inside your workspace.
  • Connected social accounts, access tokens and publishing history.
  • Brand profile details and automation configuration.

4. What we may keep, and why

We may retain a limited set of records where the law requires it or where we need them to defend a legal claim — for example transaction and invoice records kept for tax and accounting purposes, and basic security logs. These are kept only for the required period and are not used for any other purpose.

Data that a buyer or seller you dealt with holds in their own systems (for example an order written into their own spreadsheet or CRM) is controlled by them; contact them directly for its removal.

5. Effect of deletion

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your storefront and listings stop appearing on KnL Mall, scheduled content stops publishing, and you will no longer be able to sign in. If you want a copy of your data, ask for it in the same email before we proceed.
